Using steps:
1. Apply base coat on your nail. let it dry completely
2. Choose the patterns you like, place vinyl on your nails
3. Apply other color polish on top of your nail
4. Remove vinyl after completely dried

Suggestion:
Let polish dry completely when place or remove vinyl (polish too thick is difficulty to dry)
It's better to apply with top coat or glue to make the nail art keep long lasting
