All the pieces were included. The Leather pieces are pre-punched which makes it fairly easy on the hands. The bag itself is super cute. I love the structure of it, the color, and the design. Kind of fun to say "I made it!" When I get compliments. The pattern can also be traced and repeated for continued use before putting it together and/or making the bag in some different colors, so definitely cool as a learning experience too!
